Pentire, Adrift, Botanical Non-Alcoholic Spirit

Full of freshness, Pentire Adrift is the product of the determined mind of Alistair Frost – and an homage to his beloved north Cornish coast. Driven by the admirable desire to encapsulate the aromas and flavours of his home, Alistair uses foraged local botanicals, including rock samphire and sea fennel; a touch of Cornish sea salt is there to remind him of the sea spray whilst surfing in his favourite bay. Equally admirable has been his commitment to protecting his environs: he uses organic ingredients; sustainably sourced paper; ecologically sound printing processes; and as few plastics as possible. Drink this long, with good tonic, whilst at least contemplating a dip in the bracing Atlantic Ocean.
