M. Ant. De la Riva
Jerez winemakers Ramiro Ibañez and Willy Pérez came together in 2006 to revive a bodega known as Manujel Antonio de la Riva, founded in the 1700s and long since abandoned. Committed to maintaining and promoting traditional varieties and production methods, they have become widely admired for their signature Vino de Pasto style of wine, which is effectively an unfortified Fino Sherry.
