Syrah: Engaging, deep and concentrated nose with notes of blackcurrants, hoisin duck, black and white pepper, liquorice and meaty characters. The palate is inviting, with soft, velvety tannins and a pure and intense fruit concentration. Fruit-wrapped tannins that though they give great structure, there are seamless. 

Grenache: Perfumed nose with complex and intense notes of black raspberry, black currants, cassis, white pepper, and dried wild flowers. The palate is full-bodied, complex, multi-layered and with velvety and soft tannins.
