The end of Cellar Plan
Is Cellar Club the new name for Cellar Plan?
No. Cellar Plan ended on 12th October 2026. Cellar Club is a new and has different qualification routes, benefits and service arrangements.
What happened to my account, wines and money?
They remain in place. Ending Cellar Plan did not close your account, remove your wines or take away money already held on your account.
Which Cellar Plan benefits and features ended?
We have removed the credit facility, which allowed for spending beyond your monthly commitment; we no longer offer pause requests, and we no longer accept monthly payments under £250. Storage benefits are now based on Membership Level and, for eligible Cellar Club customers, an active monthly commitment of £250 or more.
Will I lose my Private Client Manager because Cellar Plan ended?
Not necessarily, your future point of contact depends on your Membership Level and any agreed transition arrangement. We will explain any change and manage the handover carefully but if you have any questions please contact us .
