You can buy any wines and spirits available online, visit one of our shops or speak to our Wine & Spirits Advisors for guidance. You can reach them on 0800 280 2440 or via advice@bbr.com . Opening an account makes you a Member and gives you a more personal way to discover, buy and collect with us.
Do I need to be a collector to become a Member?
Not at all. Opening an account makes you a Member, whether you’re looking for a bottle for dinner, exploring fine wine and spirits for the first time or building a collection over many years.
Can you help me decide what to buy?
Yes. You can explore independently or ask our Wine & Spirits Advisors for help finding bottles that suit your tastes, occasion, budget or collecting ambitions. You can reach them via Live Chat, 0800 280 2440, or advice@bbr.com .
Keeping your interests up to date also helps us make future recommendations more relevant. Recommendations use information including customer interests, behaviour and purchasing history, while customers can update wine, spirit and communication preferences in their account.
How can Berry Bros. & Rudd help me build a collection?
We can help you choose bottles, buy En Primeur, store wines In Bond and understand when they may be ready to drink. Cellar Club provides additional guidance, opportunities and community, while House of 1698 offers a more personal private client relationship.
Can Berry Bros. & Rudd look after wine or spirits I already own?
If you currently store wine in a recognised bonded warehouse they can be transferred into our warehouses free of charge. Once inspected and accepted, we can store them in our world-class warehouses. Find out more here .
How can I keep track of my cellar and know what to drink?
Your online account and our app bring your cellar information together in one place. You can review your holdings, see indicative valuations and drinking windows, arrange delivery and manage eligible buying and selling activity.
What can I do when I want to sell something from my collection?
Depending on the bottle, you may be able to sell through BBX, respond to a Sell to BB&R offer or consign wine or spirits to one of our auctions. Each route has different eligibility, pricing and terms, and our specialists can help you understand the options. Explore more here .
